My not quite two-year-old son loves the word "green."

For example:

"Which book do you want to read?"
"Green book."

Or:
"What color is the flamingo?"
"Green."

Or:

"What do you want for breakfast?"
"Cereal."
"What kind of cereal?"
"Green cereal."
